Basket of Tulips

1 Day Class
Pattern Fee: $10
Fabrics Needed: Bring a 20" square piece of your background fabric to the workshop. About 7 yards of background fabric is needed to complete the entire quilt top. Flower fabrics can be all the same or vary from one flower to another, depending on your choice. I used hand-dyes in reds, pinks, and greens. The yellow fabric is a commercial stripe. Variety creates interest. Green stem fabrics will be cut on the bias, requiring ample amounts for the whole quilt. Fussy cutting of vase fabric may necessitate about a yard of fabric.
